hope you had a nice weekend. i had a wonderful one with good friends.
we enjoyed nature, we cycled by the sea and through green fields. we picked fuschia blossomed branches and we dreamt about travelling and doing things we love.
i’m off to big city for this week but my heart stays in those wild gardens.

last night, i rediscovered mara djordjevic cd i brought with me years ago from belgrade, serbia. a true treasure. didn’t know what i was buying at that time. just wanted to get a souvenir of my visit.
last night, two nightingales sang all night. so did i.

on our way up to the mountains today we came across these two shepherds sitting by the side of the road.
i asked if i could take a picture of them and they both concurred. however, they wanted to know where they could see their photo. at that moment, explaining to them about my blog seemed silly and pointless so i just replied that i would go back to give them the photo. so, i am going back again one of these days.

sunday afternoon spent by the lake having coffee with sister and girfriends; marina, vasoula and our new friend natassa, vasoula’s cousin.
what an amazing time we had; we laughed and laughed and laughed. you know how it is.
j tilman is playing non~stop in my head.
missing you more and more every day. i see you everywhere; in the beautiful sunset over the lake, in my latte, in the cobbled pedestrian where you used to meet your friends, in our sunday family table eating chicken soup and talking loudly.
