salut mes enfants.
paris is one of my favourite cities in europe. france, one of my favourite countries. i think i would really love to spend some time there, preferably in the south of france, where the mentality is more mediterranean. i remember once i had a chance to live there but last minute i decided against it.
lately, however, i’m reconsidering the whole migrating thing. greece is a beautiful country but the last 2 1/2 yeas of my life here have been rainy, cold and gloomy with some short sunny intervals. and many times, i feel there is a very heavy cloud resting on top of my head that does’t want to go away.
frausieben. she tells her stories with pictures.
pas de calais. visual books.
croque madame looking for croque monsieur.

photos above inspired by the work of iris touliatou and my remap promenade.
some mens fashion for those who don’t run away from women who speak their mind {even though they pretent the opposite};

hello.
just watched vatel and read the film reviews.
i always admire people who fight for what they love and care; also, condemn stupidity in their own personal way. people who value freedom and love.
watching the film brought back memories from my travels to france. especially paris. photos are taken in april 2008. more to come soon.
i just love everything about this city; even its grey skies.
have a good friday.
love.

postcards are my favourite thing to collect when i visit places. these ones i got in one of my weekend trips to paris when i lived in london. i also got some beautiful vintage japanese postcards when in stockholm featuring geisha couples. those ones are to come shortly.
i also have a new logo if you noticed! it took a lot of time and work to come to the final draft of it. but i am quite happy with it and myself as i am not a pro graphic designer.
i have also recovered almost fully. today, for breakfast, i had warm milk with honey and cinnamon – which was delicious – and some fruit.
what a clever and mouth-watering idea these people have! they organise gourmet dinners at farms, gardens, mountain tops etc honouring the local farms and the food artisans and reconnecting people with the land. have a look at their blog for ideas and photos!
have a nice weekend! i ‘m off to play with my godchildren!

i miss those days when back then i could just hop on the train and go to paris for a cafe au lait and pain au chocolat. life in athens is strangely pleasant. it feels i need more time to tune in.
